Perfectly clean room available with a bar, sofa bed, very good breakfast. Great location short walk to shopping center, and restaurant.

I stayed in a family room that had an iron, an electronic key card, and nice coffee/tea making facilities. ☕.

We could not come, my husband was in the hospital. My family had nothing but good things to stay about their stay with you

Nice staff and free breakfasts with waffles and yogurt and orange juice. Great and convenient location in a quiet area. Also - not far from close to all shopping as well as New Hartford and shopping😀

My stay was very enjoyable on a road trip. I truly enjoyed the double room with a nice desk, very good breakfast, and fridge. the staff were attentive and helpful and kept the place impeccably clean. the hotel's location was great, just a short distance from Utica College and a peaceful park. I also dined at the attached restaurant nearby.

The room was beautiful and terrific, featuring a bar, daily bed service, fridge, and microwave. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the Waves Indoor Waterpark.

Best hotel gym I've ever seen. Two stationary bicycles, two treadmills, two elliptical trainers, a decent multi-gym, and a good set of hand weights with bench.

Didn't actually get the room we reserved. Room was supposed to have had a king bed, sofa, refrigerator and microwave, along with the TV and desk. We got only the bed, TV, and desk. Staff hustled and got a microwave - which took up most of the desk - and a small fridge. Room clearly wasn't big enough for the sofa that was supposed to be there. The back door near the room was slamming constantly, which caused the bed's headboard to bang against the wall. The in-room heat stank and gave both of us a cough. Simply a terrible experience, other than the hotel gym.

Very clean and rooms are good size. You can use city, but not my name with review.

Heavy picture over bed had fallen off wall and was wedged between wall and headboard. Could have fallen on us while sleeping. Tried four cards in outside door and none worked. Coffee pot broken.

We really enjoyed having breakfast at the bar and found our bedroom to be lovely and comfortable, plus the location was ideal with a short walk to the shopping center and the beautiful Adirondack mountains.

Good quiet restaurant (relaxing to eat), staff where attentive, good breakfast.

Wi-Fi did not work on check- in, but later on (after password was reset) worked but slow speed.
